Does a forwarding channel exist for Wodeflow?

I've heard one does, but haven't found the information or .wad for it.
I'd be interested in a few links if it's true.

I installed this and it seems to be working, but it just goes back to the Wii menu. Did I do something wrong?

Hope the edit of your other post is the most recent info and it works now :).
BTW it forwards to sd:/apps/wode because it was thought to be a more general forwarder ;).

Yes, it works now. I had never installed a forwarder before, so I wasn't sure how it works. Now I realize why you posted a path along with the forwarder - I was supposed to change the directory from "wodeflow" to "wode". :)

How do you edit forwarders? I really like this one here, but it doesn't seem to work with HBC 1.0.8:

Oh yeah that's an old one. Actually I've never messed around with channels. You'll have to exchange the dol that's inside the forwarder with e.g. narolez' nforwarder (which is capable of using AHBPROT). That would make it compatible to DVDx not being present on the system. Guess you wouldn't have to change the banner, but then again I'm only guessing ;).

I've done a little reading and found something called CustomizeMii 3.11, which can modify channels. When I load the old Wode channel I see on the Options tab that it uses IOS 35, and the new one uses IOS 58. Could fixing the old Wode channel merely be a matter of changing IOS 35 to 58?

I'm actually not sure if it's enough to simply change the IOS for it to use AHBPROT, but you should be able to extract the dol from the forwarder I linked and inject it into the old forwarder. Or did it already work? ^^

I don't dare to try it because I don't know enough about what I'm doing. I wouldn't want to brick my Wii over a channel. I have Priiloader and BootMii, but I've never used those either except for set them up and make a backup of the NAND. So, I thought I would ask first. I was really tempted to just trying changing it though. Especially because the old one goes through the whole process of loading fine, but it simply doesn't complete. So maybe it is because it needs to load off IOS 58? Replacing the dol sounds like a good plan too, you can do that right under the IOS setting.

Would there be any harm in trying? Nobody else stopping by here anymore that has some experience?

I have no clue and as the one from Wiisel above works, I don't feel inclined to look into it. Extracting the forwarder and inserting it into the old WAD somehow didn't work. If you bannerbrick your system menu and have priiloader or BootMii in boot2 installed you can always get to the HBC and use AnyTitleDeleter or MMM to delete it afterwards.
