Ripping COPIED games to PC WBFS?

Hey all,

I have searched and can't find out the best way to solve my problem which is as follows.

I have a few backup copies of Wii games on DVD-R but WODE won't rip them. I get Error Code 103.

So I am guessing I will have to rip them to my PC then move them onto my external hard drive.

What software (Windows) is the best, I would like to rip straight to WBFS instead of ISO is possible.

Just saying...

If WiiBackupManager doesn't work out, you can rip ISOs of non-original copies with ImgBurn and convert them later on (with e.g. WiiBackupManager).
