2. WODE STAFF do not distribute commercial software. Illegal distribution of commercial software is considered to be software piracy and theft of intellectual property, and is prosecuted by all local, federal and international laws. Our server does not hold any “warez” programs or similar programs. Any links or references to such software or sites is discouraged and may result in a warning and/or ban.
3. WODE MODERATORS are non-paid volunteers that have nothing to do with the makers or developers of the WODE.
5. FORUM STAFF has no control over what members do post on the forum. We will delete any posts that are inappropriate without notice when they come to our attention.

A - SIGNATURES1. The signature must not exceed a 255 character limit.
2. The signature may not contain any images that might be considered disrespectful or inappropriate to others. Please use common sense.
3. Signatures shall not contain any images or social statements that would be offensive to others, such as, but not limited to, anti-religious themes, political statements, etc.
4. Any signature not meeting these basic standards will be removed and the member notified of the reasons via PM.
5. Signatures may not contain inappropriate live links promoting any other site.
B – GENERAL CONDUCT1. DO NOT advertise other boards or websites unless you have the permission of Admin.
2. After one violation of the rules you will be warned, after three warnings you will banned.
3. The decision of a Moderator is final. They can only be overruled by Admin.
4. The staff reserves the right to edit or remove any post at any time for any reason.
5. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, and so on as noted in these points is up to the staff and not the users. Their decision is final.
6. Respect the other members of the board.
7. Post in the correct section.
8. Read the FAQ before you post.
9. Search before you post.
10. Do not use any profane language, post racist, sexist or any other offending content, such content will not be tolerated and will deleted. This also applies for messages sent to our staff.
11. No pornography of any sort is allowed on this forum.
12. We will not accept any excuses for the violation of these rules. If you violate them, that means you either did not read them or, have no respect for the rules.
