Wii Region Pal
Wii FW Version 4.2
Wode Firmware Version 1.24
Wode FPGA Version 1.20
Game Name F-Zero GX
Game Region Pal

The iso i use can be found here:
REMOVED BY AETHER. DON'T PIRATE

Use to work on 1.21
1.24 now just loads up a black screen.

Edit by Zephyr: Issue with 1.24 Update. Should work fine on later firmware

Edit by Zephyr: Has not replied to PM sent 23rd Feb. Recommend updating WODE firmware.

Also, recommend checking if an update is needed to be installed. Region Patch: OFF, Updates: YES, Save. Load game and see if there is an update in the disc channel

Also, maybe a bad dump - the game should be working fine

Generally:
Wii Region: Japan
Wii FW Version: 4.2J
Wode Firmware Version 1.24
Wode FPGA Version 1.20
Wii Boot: 1.20
auto-load: flat
Game Name: Wii Sport Resort
Game Region NTSC-Japan
Software: Original DVD

Game does not load
I have tried changing patches, region patch, updates, autoboot but game does not load in Flat Mode.
Only progress was that when using autoload-CFG, I actually got the wii sport resort picture on the wii channel but then when I played it, it gave me disk error and requested original disk!

fyi, wii sport, wii fit+ and FIFA 2010 original disks work fine

please advise

Edit by Zephyr: Working perfectly under frimware 1.28

PAL 4.2E
WODE: 1.25
FPGA: 1.20
Region EUR
HDD: Western Digital Elements 1.5TB
Format: NTFS
File: ISO

I have tested WODE Mode, WODE Mode via HBC and Flat Mode. It is only an issue via WODE Mode not using the HBC / Gecko:

LEGO Batman ISO file Errors via WODE but not Flatmode - also via HBC in WODE MODE works perfectly:

Select the ISO, It starts to read the file, Wii Drive flashe sblue, WODE Blue light flashes and read count starts to go up, stops at:

153 Reads
4651 KB

I have also seen read at 157 and 4771 KB and 134 Read an 3400+ KB but generally from a cold boot and selecting via wode LCD it is the 153 and 4651

ISO ejects, Wii DvD Drive flashes Blue, TV Screen An error has occurred.... WODE LCD goes back to be able to selet games

This happens whether the region patch is ON or OFF

It is DEFINITELY not the ISO. If I load the HBC and then Gecko and start the game via the LCD there is no crash and Geco loads the game perfectly. Do note when you load the game with the HBC already started the Reads and KB remain at 0 and 0 until you click launch in Gecko - this is usual behaviour when loading via HBC / Gecko

As soon as you press Home and Wii Menu and the Wii restarts the WODE then ejects the ISO and the Wii crashes.

Also, definitely not the ISO because the same ISO burned to a DvD works perfectly in FlatMode and via gecko as explained above.

No issue with any other game so far. Other LEGO games all go to disc channel fine as I tested them

Resolved - Updated to v1.27 WODE Firmware

OLD problem:
Generally:

Wii Region EUR
Wii FW Version 3,1E
Wode Firmware Version 1,21
Wode FPGA Version 1,20
Game Name ANY
Game Region PAL an NTSC

No games work, neither burned iso's (dvd-r) or from HDD (any hdd).
Original game works.

Wode find's iso on dvd and on hdd, but after you press start on the game the handheld controller turns off and the screen is black.

Solution: Removed the chip, upgraded the wii system to 4.1E with NSMB and Wode to 1.24

New problem:

Generally:

Wii Region EUR
Wii FW Version 4,1E
Wode Firmware Version 1,24
Wode FPGA Version 1,20
Game Name NSMB
Game Region PAL

Can play NSMB for a little while, only the first level. At level 1-2 the game stops and i get a error message that says, an error occured, please eject and power of system...

Edit by Zephyr: Resolved by proper bca file and configuration. Also did not have to remove WODE chip. Could have turned region patch OFF and Updates YES - Save. The update would have appeared in the Disc Channel as it was PAL on PAL

I'm guessing you don't have a .bca file. [http://www.wodejukebox.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=538]

Searched everywhere cannot seem to find anyone having issues with this one. Clues? tried both the DVD backup and the wbfs file both rreact same way. did not try prior to upgrade to 1.25

Generally:
Wii Region: NTSC USA
Wii FW Version:4.1u
Wode Firmware Version:1.25
Wode FPGA Version:1.20
Game Name:Beatles RockBand
Game Region: NTSC USA

ISOs:
Partition format:FAT32
Make and model of HDD or SD: WD Passport essential

black screen and wii freezes.

Edited by Zephyr: Resolved by turning Region Patch: Off and Updates: On. This allowed required updates to be installed via the Disc Channel. NOTE NTSC-U Region AND Game
