Hey,

I just got my WODE. Thought I was being careful, but the ribbon cable coming out of the WODE simply pulled free!

I took the base off of the WODE (two phillips head screws).

The best that I can tell is that the ribbon cable connects to J12 on the WODE board. Is that correct?

Do I need to flip back the holder before trying to reinsert the ribbon cable back in? I didn't want to apply too much pressure and mess it up further.

HELP! I got my WODE and BROKE IT!

If you're referring to the flat cable in the stand, I think it's the same method of connecting it as the flat cables on the main board. Just pop up the clip, place the cable in, and close the clip again.

Ahhh...Took me a minute...That connector doesn't flip. It's a pull out to open, then you insert the ribbon cable, then you push in on the clamp to close it. Almost DONE!

The one thing I do like about ModSupplier's video is it does mention adding an extra piece of tape inside the wode. Nice piece of insurance to prevent problems.

Link at bottom of pg. and I am not associated with the web site in any way but it is a great video.
